Mr. Millard is CK’s Risk and Remediation Program Manager. He is a Professional Geoscientist with over 38 years of experience. His areas of expertise include subsurface investigations, risk assessment, remediation of soil and groundwater, regulatory negotiations, mediation and dispute resolution, due diligence for property and asset transactions, spill response, and personnel management. Mr. Millard has appeared in state and federal court as a subject matter expert and has guided multiparty groups to consensus in matters involving shared pollution liability.
