ABOUT US

O

ur geologists, hazardous waste specialists, toxicologists, engineers, and scientists work with all aspects of contaminated property, from pre-acquisition to remediation, restoration, and redevelopment. The relationship between environmental risks, regulatory requirements and economic consequences is complex. And we get it.

We support you during early stages of site acquisition to identify the likelihood of past chemical releases and the liabilities they pose. In the event that a release occurs on a facility you already own, we work to assess surface and subsurface conditions and develop practical risk-based cleanup alternatives on your behalf.

We also support our clients who may be involved in disputes involving contamination and exposure. These services include forensic investigations, expert witness support, and dispute resolution services.

Services

  • RECAP/TRRP
  • Soil & Groundwater Assessments
  • Assessment of Chemical Fate and Transport
  • Exposure Pathways Analysis
  • Groundwater Modeling & Hydrogeologic Studies
  • Solid Waste Master Plans
  • Landfill Siting & Design
  • Solid & Hazardous Waste Facility Permitting & Compliance
  • Litigation Support
  • Due Diligence
